”This was my family‘s first time staying at Island grand. Last year we stayed at RumFish. Overall we had an excellent time however I would like to make note of the things that were a bother to us during our trip. First inside of our room, our phone was not working. Our microwave broke, we were not given the crib that we had added to our stay until our second night. There were dead batteries in the remotes to the TVs and there were many lightbulbs that were out in the bathrooms and in the bedside...

”We picked this spot for a family vacation, 4 families flying from various places. I couldn't imagine a better place for us in that area. ”The property is nice but crowded. People put their pool towels on the chairs really early to save them and kept them there all day. The mattress in 3602(the bed closest to the window) is broken down and needs replaced. There is literally a huge hole in the bed. There was no balcony which I wasn't a fan of. The fridge and microwave in the room was nice. There was plenty of parking which was nice. There were a lot of activities for the kids.”
