I had a family emergency and had to cancel my Thursday night reservation early in the morning. The manager said I book it through Expedia, so I had to cancel through them. It is a basic hotel. No frills. It is not in an area you would want to walk in near dark. Just outside of Cortland and easy to get to. The TV didn't work so we were moved to another room with no hassle. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with.

The bed mattress sunk in when I sat on it and even worse when I laid down, the TV came on fine but then couldn't change the channel with the remote control. Was stuck on the guide the whole time. The bathroom was so small you could take a shower and go to the bathroom at the same time. Rooms seemed very outdated

We found this motel perfectly suitable for our needs. We made use of the refrigerator and microwave and enjoyed the coffee machine available down the hall by the exercise room every morning. The location was very convenient for us, the beds were very comfortable, and had no issues during our stay.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy.. Outside area was aort of run-down. Its better inside than outsode. Very quiet im not sure if there were any other guests while we were there.

The hotel staff was helpful. The bathroom had duct tape in the tub and the room had a feel as though it was missing furniture. It was empty, but spacious. The room could use a deep clean. Great staff.

Nice staff, spacious clean room. Bathroom was very small and did not have any space even for a waste basket, but there was a nice sink console right outside with everything you would need, counter space, large mirror, hair dryer, and yes, a wastebasket, too. There was a squeak from the bottom of the bathroom door, easily fixable, but a little irritating at night. Bed was big and comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean, our stay was very good.

The staff was great, but the facility needed a good cleaning. It smelled a little smoky and unclean. Found a beetle on the floor in the room and dirt on the bed. More than likely will not stay here again.

This Motel 6 was a clean decent room for the night. Not the Ritz but a convenient decently priced place to lay our heads. The staff was nice. Let me have a late checkout even though we didn’t end up needing it. I would stay here again.
