”La struttura, datata, è situata nella parte storica di Cortona, la parte più alta. Abbiamo avuto notevoli difficoltà per raggiungerla con la macchina in quanto le stradine erano piccole e in gran salita . Parcheggiare è stata una vera impresa. Difficile trovare la struttura se non si è guidati da qualcuno del posto. Non ci ritornerei”

”I would never recommend this property, as it only had a nice room. Breakfast was so bad, I suspect the breastfeeding never gets used. No toaster, ni cereals, . No where to sit outside. You are not allowed to used the breakfast area at night. You cannot turn a light on in the breakfast are. The staff are very rude. They do not take suggestions to improve the property." You should of picked a better place we are only small!"”

”This place is a great place to stay. But, there were some flaws I have to mention. - found 5 shield bugs flying around in the room - loud bathroom fan noise that would not turn off - no heating in the bathroom - night staff not knowing how to address the issues The food was great. The surrounding view was stunning. Giving a bottle of olive oil for the trouble we went through was a good gesture. The building itself was truly nice. I'd recommend this place to friends if those mentioned above are...

”Posizione eccezionale nella piazza centrale di Civitella e con vista sulla val di chiana. Soggiorno un po’ piccolo e camera da letto in soffitta probabilmente non adatto a persone anziane ma altrimenti molto carino. Bagno spazioso. Torneremmo volentieri”

”The walls had faded frescoes throughout building. Excellent staff as noted earlier. Ricardo so excellent and patient to every visitor. Bedding excellent with modern bathroom”
