”We have been to Cortona several times before but Govanmi’s apartment was BY FAR the best. It’s beautiful, well-equipped, spacious and has a great lay out. The mattresses are excellent, AC is in every room, making the hot days bearable and location could not be better. Giovanni and his brother were super attentive and even led us stay a day longer when the Italian train system was on strike. They answered any and all questions. We will definitely return - I strongly recommend their place!!One...

”We spent a wonderful week at the Casa delle Rose. Really well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and well stocked bathrooms. Both bedrooms have AC, very helpful in summer. The top floor bedroom has a double bed and a twin size bed. There’s also a dishwasher and washer/dryer, for those staying longer. There’s a drip coffee maker, but there’s also a Bialetti. To use it with the induction stove, there’s a little flat metal plate with a handle that you’ll place on the burner. If you’ve never used...

”We rented this house for a month. We loved it here and felt very comfortable calling it home for so long. Fully renovated with modern appliances just as pictured. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, which we did 1/2 the time. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms big. Washer / dryer was a plus. Walking up and down the hills kept us in great shape to eat all the pasta we wanted! From here, we traveled by train to Florence, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo. Owner was quick to respond...

"The villa is absolutely amazing with a beautiful big garden. The villa easily accomodated 9 people (5 adults 4 kids of 4-11yrs), and we even ended up having one spare bedroom. The pool is large and deep enough, with lovely surroundings.As the garden & premises require watering and carekeeping, and therefore the owners were present several night during our stay (living upstairs). They are friendly and did not bother us, but this was something we were not aware in advance.The nearby pizzeria was great for quick & tasty takeaway.We would recommend this villa for a great holiday experience in Tuscany."
