May - June 2025 Guests reserve the entire house for $299 - $449 per night, plus a one-time cleaning fee depending on the number of guests and length of stay, and a 13.5% lodging taxes on the entire invoice. Please note that the default rate is for 4 people. When additional guests stay, there is a $39 per person per night charge for up to 5 people. The lodging fee is variable to give smaller families flexibility.

July 1, 2025 Birdie Abode will be offered as mid-term rental only at $166.63 per night with minimum stay of 30-nights. A post stay deep cleaning fee of $449 will also apply. Parking is easy since the home includes free on-site parking for up to three cars. The fenced yard offers you a private outdoor space to relax in the garden or grill on a nice day. The crisp, bright, light-colored décor amplifies natural light. The combination of high ceilings and open plan design further enhances this home’s airy feel.

With both a living room and a sitting room you have plenty of space to relax or socialize. The living room features quality furnishings and a wall-mounted flat screen TV which is perfect for streaming movies or your favorite show.

The sitting room is super cozy, with a gas fireplace and a family-style wood piano tuned. If you have any piano players in your party, they will enjoy practicing in a comfortable environment.

If you need a quiet place to work, the home has a dedicated, well-lit office with a window view. Hopping on a Zoom call is a cinch since Birdie Abode includes high-speed Wi-Fi.

A Full Kitchen and Laundry

One difference between staying in a guest house like ours and a hotel is the comforts of home. Birdie Abode has a full kitchen with new appliances and the space and equipment you need, whether you want to whip up a quick meal or cook from scratch.

The cozy breakfast nook or the dining area offers a scenic space to enjoy morning coffee or your meal.

The home also has a home-style washing machine and dryer, so you don’t have to waste time going to a laundromat. Soap is provided!

Three Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms

The three well-appointed bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has premium bed linens and mattresses. We want to do what we can to ensure you get restful sleep after your day of adventures or work. They are furnished with durable, quality furniture including Oregon’s own WoodCastle Forever Furniture in a couple of the rooms.

With three bathrooms, you also won’t need to wait for the shower!

Private Fenced Garden and Yard

On a nice day, you may want to go outside. Birdie Abode has a private, fenced yard with a charming little garden. It’s a great place to relax and collect your thoughts, read, or play.
The yard also includes an outdoor grill to cook treats you find at the local grocery store, farmer’s market, or an excursion to the Oregon Coast (just an easy, scenic drive away!)

Easy Access to Local Businesses and Attractions

It’s also a short distance to The Corvallis Club where Fernwood Circle Guest Houses, BnB and short-stay guests enjoy golfing privileges at The Corvallis Club which is the local private PGA golf course. Contact Alexandra to make arrangements in advance.

In addition, it is close to local parks including Avery Park, Starker Arts Park, and others for casual hiking, walking, biking, and other recreational activities. Corvallis is home to a network of multi-use bike trails making it easy for cyclists to get around.

The rate for OSU Graduation week is $999.00 per night for a maximum capacity of 6--people with a 4-night minimum stay, plus a cleaning fee, and Oregon lodging tax.

Pet-Friendly Requirements:
One small-breed kennel trained dog per stay allowed. No dogs are allowed on the beds or furniture, please. We are not able to accommodate cats.
A per night pet fee applies and the cleaning fee is a minimum of $349 because our housekeeping crew does a deep cleaning after a pet-stay.

Cancellation Policy varies depending on whether it is peak season or not. OSU graduation week has a 6-month cancellation policy.

Cancellation/Reservation Change and Refunds:

Rates will not fluctuate when some guests stay fewer days than other guests.

Standard Season (October - April) partial refund available until 14-days before arrival
Peak Season: refund available until 45 days before arrival (May 1 – Sept 30) - (depending on the below mentioned OSU event weekends)

Note that we understand that life happens, and cancellation does happen. And as a small business we cannot afford to pay for changes that occur for our incoming guests.

When lodging payments are made via credit card, a merchant fee is charged to the business. We incur a credit card processing fee to our small business when a guest makes a reservation and pays with a credit card. We absorb that as part of doing business.

If the property you rent is re-booked for the same period and rate, a full refund (less $350 cancellation fee) will be made. If a portion of your time is re-booked, a pro-rated portion of the rental payments will be refunded (less $350 cancellation fee).
