”Since this was a solo getaway...I had one of the smaller rooms with a twin bed (still had my own bathroom) and I couldn't have been happier. Great staff and amenities (beach chairs and towels at the front desk!...and continental breakfast each day! And the location can not be beat! Right in downtown and fast walking access to everything as well as all the bus routes. ”

”My second time in Martin House Inn. It is situated in the hearth of town and is close to the ferry, buses, shops and restaurants. Still the location is quiet and not crowded.
Had a room with a shared bathroom which worked out fine. Common areas were charming. Enjoyed breakfast, afternoon treats, Friday cheese and wine and evening sherry or bourbon nitecap.
Beds were comfortable and everything clean.
Will return for shure!”

”We had an incredible stay at the Blue Iris! First, the location COULD not be better and absolutely made the trip. We also had trouble finding a room that would be comfortable for 3 people and this one was amazing, it had 2 comfortable beds AND two bathrooms. We really enjoyed the extra touches such as happy hour and breakfast, and access to the bikes. Definitely recommend!
