”First, the lobby was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, my room was clean and smells fresh. Honestly the overall experience is 10/10”

”An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen”

”The people who run this are very nice, but the condition of the hotel inside needs a major overhaul. The elevator didn’t work, so we took the stairs 3 flights up. The carpet all throughout is stained and dirty. Our room smelled of old smoke and iron and there were roaches. I stayed 3 hours and turned in my card key letting the front desk know I would not be back.”

”The place was very clean, the decor felt modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Although breakfast was not included, the simple kitchen was very convenient for our road trip because we could cook some basic hot meals. The only issue was that the electric stove took quite a long time to boil water, so I hope that can be improved. I also really liked the wooden flooring, since it is easier to keep clean and less likely to attract fleas. I am very sensitive to fleas, so that was especially...

”The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. ”

”The tv did not work in my room and there was no coffee bar in the room…..did have a microwave and refrigerator. Free breakfast was the bare basics and limited. The hairdryer in my room was broken. I requested a king bed and got two queens. The front desk lady was very nice as well as the housekeeper. Convenient location for one night.”
