”The water pressure was non-existent and never got hot water in the bathroom sink. The bathroom faucet vet was loose. I was told at check I needed to check out in person, I had to be at an event very early in the morning so I drove back to check out and the office was closed. I called the number on the door and was told just to put the key in a drop box. I wasted at least an hour and 20 miles to drive back. I was not happy and told them so.”
