”Initially, I was staying under another reservation and the rooms on the 6th floor were fine. I eventually got my own room on the 3rd floor, which looks like it was the worst room in hotel. The side tables were full of dust, looks like the room wasn't used or dusted in ages. The safety lock was broken off, I had to put a chair under the door handle to feel safe. The body wash holder in the bathroom was broken and the grout in-between the tiles in the shower was brown. The corridor was mostly dark...
