”No heating system and scarce hot water.”

”Nos dieron un apartamento interior con muchísimo olor a humedad y el colchón hundido.”

”We absolutely loved our stay in Cadiz and the apartment. It was so close to the centre and if we needed anything at all our host was able to provide an answer straight away”

”Very central, large apartment. The views from apartment are not good. Advertised as having a patio, which unfortunately turned out to be a small area off the bedroom , surrounded by very high walls with many other apartment windows looked down onto it. This area was not clean . The shower head had to be hand held as would fall out of its socket when turned on. Can’t say anything about AC as the remote control did not work. Towels were old and discoloured.”

”Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. However the air conditioner was not working. Called reception and reported issue. A short time later they called back and said everything looks good on our side but refused to send out maintenance to verify even when I told them it was not working properly and the temp was at 25.5C. Thermostat was set at 19C. The next day I was contacted to see if problem still existed, yes it did! Technician came right out...

”The accommodation was nice. The advertisement was exactly as listed. I did have a few small minor issues, but the host was very responsive in handling any issues that came up. The unit was very nice. The parking situation wasn't the best, but I was able to find a safe and free place for vehicle parking (a 10 minute walk away). The neighborhood is very quiet and the people are very friendly. I had a wonderful time in Ubrique. I was visiting on business to meet with handbag manufacturers.”

”The apartment was quiet and clean. It was a bit dark inside because half of the windows faced the street. Overall, the rooms were good. However, the hot water system needs some attention as it sometimes has trouble starting.”

”Instalaciones estupendas y comida de las mejores que he probado en los buffets de hoteles. Mucha variedad y muy rica.”

”Sehr gute Rezeptionisten. Sehr kompetent, freundlich, serviceorientiert. Super Lage in der Altstadt. Werden wieder kommen.”

”Apartment view was a building site in front of our window and a restaurant below, Nothing like the photos. The Bathroom door didn’t slide over, the sink wouldn’t drain, the shower was very dirty and the door didn’t close.washing machine so close to shower cubicle you can hardly get in shower. walls had horrible marks on them in bathroom and bedroom. The noise level is very bad you can even hear neighbours talk above and next to you.Sofa was dirty and smelt bad and was broken.Awful apartment...
