”The property is Beautiful!! The room had everything we needed and more!!! I can honestly say this feels like a home away from home. The staff are very friendly Jose and all the other people at the front desk were very polite. I will absolutely be back and would highly recommend staying here!!! ”
”I loved the quiet seclusion of the Dunas resort property. I didn’t realize it was so big with so many amenities. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday night when many of the dining options were closed. The grounds are beautiful with mature trees, flowers and various pathways that wind through the casitas. Easy walk to the beach. Wish they provided beach towels. Their little market was very convenient for small items like water or sunscreen. Otherwise, no complaints. ”

”Small hotel placed in a beautiful old monastery, right next to the city center pedestrian zones and the railway station. No parking but the parking place at the railway station worked just as well. Good quality breakfast with a plenty of variety, and with a nice human touch compared to bigger hotels.”
”really nice and clean hotel with an excellent location. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was with the air condition. It was maybe controlled by the staff and any adjustments done in the room, did not have any effect. Room was really hot during the night. After the first night we mentioned about this and they promised to fix it, but the same issue happened on the second night.

"There was bugs in the room and the cleaning was lacking. Walls are extremely thin and noise from street & elevator was constant. We had trouble sleeping in the hotel. There was paint from walls on the floor and dirt on bed sheets (not sure if they change all sheets between clients). Parking was not suitable for our midsize car. Only small cars can be parked on hotel. We were thrown out from pool by a very rude spanish speaking maintenance person before official closing time (sunset). AC was extremely cold and could only be put on one setting (on or off). So either its hot or cold. Only positive thing about the stay was the receptionist, who was very positive and polite. Breakfast was decent. The hotel resembles a shabby motorway motel. Not sure if the other reviews are real. "
"Booked for wrong night and immediately asked to change it, hotels.com would not help and neither would the reception. The reception was rude and just pointed at hotels.com. Had to take another hotel."
"Miellyttävä pienehkö hotelli vilkkaan kadun varrella hieman keskustaan ulkopuolella. Paikallisbussilla pääsi reilulla eurolla ydinkeskustaan, joka huokuu elämään. Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällinen. Saimme pullon cavaa huoneeseen illalla"
