”Beautiful property, gorgeous beach (plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone at any time) food was great and the desserts were incredible. Barely saw any cleaning crews yet everywhere was spotless. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Truly a wonderful place to stay.”

We booked a Sea View Apartment expecting four-star service, but it felt more like a one-star hostel. The apartment had no coffee, no complimentary water, no daily housekeeping, no regular towel changes, and no room service. Basic amenities were simply missing. The pool was equally disappointing: not enough lounge chairs, no organization, and no beach service or regulation....

”Probably the best place I have ever stayed. Food,room, pool, beach, cocktails, wines and staff all absolutely amazing. Sadly the experience was very let down by parking. Parking poor! Had people unknown to us open their doors into both sides of rental car leaving tiny dents. Car company charged us AUD$5400 in Xs.”

Not having a kettle in the room was initially frustrating but the staff were quick to respond and provided us with one for our morning tea. Overall, the breakfast was excellent but it would have been nice to have a bigger selection of fresh fruit. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a couple of extra hours around the pool and accommodating us...
