”Close to the airport, like the closest! Someone available for a late check in and easy to check out. Just very convenient. Lots of uber eats options near by and some places to eat within walking distance in the day. ”

”The roof of our room on the "tower" side moldy and when it started raining the roof leaked all over my stuff. The receptionist took a 5 $ deposit for the keys but when we checked out she didn't return it not even when we asked for it. The male staff were very nice but this woman was not cooperative. The main side was comfy and nice and the restaurant offered cheap and tasty traditional meals, also the breakfast was superb.”

”This place was beautiful. The staff were amazing, the food was great, & the front desk guy was super helpful and patient with all of our questions and with recommendations. There is A LOT to do in this area. I would highly recommend staying here :)”

”It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...
