âThis is my go to stay in San Jose. The staff is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the area is great, and the vibe is relaxed. I have nothing at all bad to say about this place and I plan to stay here many more times when I pass through San Jose.â
âWe stayed at this hotel in May and KNEW we needed to go back. We had the opportunity to be back in Costa Rica this past week, and stayed here overnight so that we would be close to the airport in the morning. The staff is exceptionally professional, and kind. We always book dinner at the hotel, and it is wonderful. We feel like royalty or celebrities while we are there, and the rooms are really lovely. They stocked our fridge with tummy treats, fresh cold water, and even a bottle of wine, all...
âWe enjoyed our short stay. Out flight left early in the morning, so we really appreciated the take-away breakfast and airport shuttle service. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good hotel for a good price. â
âThe hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.â
âI led a school group of 9 people, divided into 7 rooms. Everyone had a very pleasant stay, and the staff at Holiday Inn La Sabana is first rate. Excellent care and attention, and wonderful breakfast. The food options at Chi Chis could be better, though, and less expensive. Otherwise, a great hotel! I'll be back again in the future. â
âGrocery store opposite to the hotel was great. Neat room, good view to the mountains. Closeness of the airport did not show at all. Good breakfast with some variety. The only negative was that there was no hot water in the shower.â
âWe have stayed here many times. The rooms are secure and clean. The breakfast includes an array of delicious food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. â
