”Very kind people, who rent out the appartement! Very well equipped with everything you could think of. A bit down in the grounds, so not much windows and view, but other than that just perfect, clean, open wide spaces, five steps from the pool away, we really loved it!”

”Die Wohnung liegt in 2. Reihe am Charco de San Gines, einer kleiner Lagune mitten in Arrecife. Dort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, die vor allem von Einheimischen besucht werden. Alles ist super fußläufig zu erreichen und man ist mittendrin im Leben. Die Wohnung ist sehr umfangreich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank auch an Ana, unsere tolle Gastgeberin. Schon im Vorfeld haben wir viele Informationen bekommen und wurden vor Ort sehr herzlich empfangen....

”Simple property, great value for money. Great sea views - both front and back of property. Easy walk to restaurants. Pool was lovely. Snorkelling in cove just next to the apartment was beautiful. Quick transfer from the airport - hire car not necessary. Owner met us at the apartment for check in and was able to provide flexibility for our early arrival. Only comment - lack of shade by the pool, a parasol would have been useful. There was no air conditioning but this wasn’t needed as the sea...

”Mooi ingericht appartement op een rustige locatie midden in het centrum. Snelle en accurate communicatie, zeer netjes en schoon, goed bed, fijne badkamer, op loopafstand van bakker, supermarkten, busstations en bezienswaardigheden. We huurden voor een paar dagen een auto om wat verder op het eiland te gaan kijken. Parkeren onder het gebouw was geen probleem. Zou het appartement zeker aanraden. Geen buitenruimte, losten we op door voor openslaande deuren in de zon te gaan zitten. Fijn verblijf...

”It was our second time staying at this lovely apartment. We enjoyed the last time so much we decided to return. It is clean, spacious, well furnished and conveniently located close to both the beach and local shops. It is also quiet at night and well ventilated thanks to fans in the adult bedrooms and a fan and air-conditioning unit in the sitting room. Our host, Jorge was very responsive to any questions or requests we had during our stay. My only suggestion would be to get a standing fan for...

”Great quiet location minutes walk from good restaurants and the beach we were met by the owner Jorge who explained everything to us, throughout the whole booking process Jorge has been most helpful answering any queries very quickly even arranged for flowers to be delivered for my wife’s birthday the apartment itself is stunning really beautiful comfortable place to stay all the facilities were exceptional will no doubt stay there again in the future .”

”Had a wonderful weeks stay. Everything is walkable if your fit and able, even the bus top to go to other destinations on the Island. A couple of decent local restaurants in the nearby port and the new shopping mall, both within 8-10 mins walk. Property was great and obviously recently refurbished. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the normal hustle of a tourist resort like Puerta Del Carmen or Teguise.”

”Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, liegt sehr Zentral 200m zum Hafen und Promenade und sehr fielen Bars und Lokalen mit super Ausblick auf den Hafen und Meer, und 100m zum Arrecife Strand. Hat alles gut funktioniert, Wohnung wirkt älter als auf den Fotos ist aber gut. Einziger Nachteil ist das die Parksituation schwierig ist im gesamten Gebiet wir haben aber immer einen Parkplatz gefunden und mussten nicht in das 50m entfernet Parkhaus.”

”Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Es gab ausreichend Platz und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es gibt eine große sonnige Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Pool. Wir hatten den ganzen Tag Zugang zum Pool. Die Wohnung war sauber, lediglich einige Küchengerate mussten etwas abgestaubt werden. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Matratzen in der iberen Etage müssten durch neuere ersetzt werden.”
