”Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days. No decent sandy beach nearby, closest is playa Bastian and it’s very small with no facilities or showers to...

”Pros: The kids loved the pool at the villa. They were never out of it! The villa had everything and more, lovely outdoor space, very clean, comfortable and very spacious. The location was also great for us. Carlos was very accommodating, giving recommendations for days out and places to eat, all of which did not disappoint. Cons: The holiday wasn't long enough!”

”A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. ”
