”Pros: kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, a/c in room worked well. Cons: charged a 50.00 deposit i didnt know about refunded at checkout, there was 2 stains in carpet in my room and I noticed 2 towels were stained when I held up to the light . Water pressure in shower was weak. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbors next door too well”

”My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. ”

”The property was clean and the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast included with your stay was surprisingly good. The carpet in the hallway on the 4 th floor where we stayed was a little lumpy possibly from water damage but the rest of the property was well kept and well managed. I definitely would recommend and would stay there again.”

”Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. ”

”Previous guest’s food left in fridge. Room not serviced for four days despite asking reception. Breakfast well below standard, and two mornings there were serving problems from no staff to broken equipment. The whole place is run down, understaffed. I won’t be staying there again. The only saving grace is the beach position, but dozens of hotels in OBX have that. ”

”It was a small cozy room. Perfect for a couple. You can see the ocean from the front porch. The manager was very welcoming and friendly. We had a great time.”

”I love that they have complementary breakfast, but the pancake stove should be changed to the waffle irons. The overall is nice I stay there every year for the car cruise season.”
