”Room looked newly renovated and clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit springy, so it wasn’t the best nights sleep, but manageable for a weekend. Direct beach access and ample parking for patrons. Pool was great and clean. We didn’t get housekeeping while we were there but it was offered. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries which was quite a surprise! AC was pumping during the heat wave. You have to go to Dunes to check in, but there’s signage to direct you there. Honestly...

The pricing was cheap and we were able to book pretty last minute. The condition of the hotel is in a pretty deteriorated state. It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. ”We arrived at the breakfast area at 9:20 and found there was no bread left. At 9:40, a staff member was already standing at the entrance, as if discouraging guests from continuing with breakfast. The breakfast options were extremely scarce, and well before the 10:00 AM closing time, quite a few items had already been removed. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.”

”The property was clean, updated.love the kitchenette. The staff was very helpful especially Ben and his wife. Just had a hiccup on upstairs neighbor they are loud but after complaining to the management they we're able to resolve the issue. All in all, my husband and I had a wonderful trip. This hotel is near the beach just a block away, even we don't have a view but the beach and boardwalk is so close to the hotel. Nearby restaurants too. Definitely would love to go back.”
