âThe hotel is difficult to find in the airport.
We have been rejected by a staff completely helpless.
They required us document fo dad with minor daughter, we gave them by WhatsApp but continued to request more. I did decide to leave this hotel and we went to our next hotel that welcome us without any questions . hotel to avoid absolutely, the worst welcome to Brazil!
Totally unacceptable, unprofessional.
I was totally upset by their helpless attitude .

âThe room was perfect! We had an amazing view and despite of the rain, we had a very cozy time.
The staff is beyond helpful and nice making us feel very welcome and creating such a special atmosphere. â
