From the moment I arrived, every detail reflected excellence. The property itself is immaculate—polished, pristine, and thoughtfully curated—but what truly sets it apart is the people. There is a rare attentiveness here: staff not only remember your name, they remember you—your preferences, your pace, your presence. That level of intentional hospitality is unforgettable.
Dining at The Conservatory was a highlight, thanks to the exceptional leadership of Loki Wang. His warmth, professionalism, and intuitive service elevated every meal into a memorable experience. He leads a team that delivers not just service, but genuine care.
The spa experience was equally remarkable. Hannah and Camille created an atmosphere of tranquility and indulgence that felt tailored specifically to me. Their attention to detail, calming presence, and thoughtful touches—including a beautiful small gift—made the experience feel deeply personal and restorative.
What I appreciated most were the thoughtful recommendations. The team guided me to incredible dining, including António Restaurant Macau, a Portuguese gem that became one of the culinary highlights of my trip. Those suggestions alone elevated my entire stay.
