”L'appartement en lui-même est bien équipé et propre. Toutefois l'extérieur n'est pas agréable (manque de propreté de la cour (mégots dans la cour, poubelles trop voyantes. Les communs ne sont pas nets. Dommage, car cela ne reflète pas la qualité de l'appartement. L'emplacement est pratique avec restaurants autour des halles, les supérettes très proches pour des courses.Nous avons passé un bon séjour, Dijon est une ville très agréable.”

It is right in the heart of the historic center on Rue de la Chouette with the church of Notre Dame a few steps to your right. The view off of the balcony was nothing short of spectacular. Jean Francois the host was also fantastic. I highly recommend this rental if you are coming to Dijon.”

However having a toilet that leaked heavily from 2 different places and landlords who did not in anyway respond to messages from us for 3,5 days is unacceptable . We left one day early for the same reason.my husband was able to minemize the damage - but really not his job on a vacation”

”This place had everything we were looking for – in the old town area, close to the central market, well equipped kitchen, and a historic, modernized apartment. It was beautiful, comfortable, close to a bakery, shops, food options on a quiet pedestrian street. The view was of half-timbered buildings across the street. That, along with the beamed ceiling and stone front wall with tall windows made it easy to feel a part of the neighborhood. Usually, I can find a few things to suggest to an owner,...

”4 wonderful days/nights in Beaune. The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend. One issue. The second bedroom is more kind a glorified closet with two cots for beds. No room for luggage in that room. So if you have 4 adults in your group, two of them will “draw the short straw” and have to stay in that “room”. ”

Il y a tout ce qu il faut, les chambres et salle de bain très correctes, les lits très confortables. Le cadre est calme et apaisant. Le terrain de pétanque est un vrai plus. Corinne a été très accueillante, disponible et souriante. ”
