”First rate hotel with a unique experience in being able to enjoy the “waters” of Bath within the hotel. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning in the room did not sufficiently cool the room on the 22C days we were there, but the windows opened, which helped.”

”Charming hotel. Every member of staff was delightful. My travelling companion’s room was very pleasant and spacious. My room was extremely small and felt cramped. The bath was extremely slippery, however a slip mat was provided but I think a warning might be a good idea. The food was fabulous. We stayed chatting in the dining room for ages but never once felt hurried. Perfectly placed for visit to Highgrove. Overall a very pleasant stay.”

”Brilliant stay, check in was quick and smooth. Show to our rooms which were clean and spacious with large king bed. Staff were excellent during the stay and even did us a meal which wasn't on the recently updated menu. Breakfast freshly cooked and again adapted the choice for my colleague. ”
