”Really clean beautiful apartment, right next to the town centre. The only problem for us is it’s right on the main road into Cheltenham and it’s used as a race track after 11pm. Even with ear plugs, we were kept awake till 2am on both nights. Not the owners fault as we knew what we were booking, and he was brilliant, but just something to think about if you have come for a relaxing break. No air con, but large fans are provided, so in the summer it’s gonna be pretty warm.”

”Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it.”

”I cannot recommend highly enough. Simon was on call 24/7 and the information pack was so informative. The only time I had to contact Simon was to ask for an additional 3 nights stay (that says a lot about my enjoyment there), and to check where the recycling bins were which was my stupidity.”

”Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper.”
