The bathroom and shower were good with plenty of toiletries. there is plenty of parking room. I would take a torch if walking to local pubs and restaurants as the road has no pavement for about 100 metres and is quite dark but the road is quiet on a night”

”The lodge looked amazing at first glance and it was even better when we inspected it. It felt welcoming, cosy and warm, was well equipped, and thoroughly clean. Despite being a few metres away from the main road we didn’t feel disturbed by traffic noise. A great detail was that the hosts left us a variety of local produce in the kitchen, and even a little Christmas gift under the tree which was put up for the occassion! My only negative comment would be that the bathroom felt noticeably colder...

”My wife and I had an incredible 1st time trip to The Cotswolds. We picked The Guiting Guest House because it was centrally located to many of the National Trust Sites (Manors and Gardens) we had planned to visit. The Hosts, Lou and Graham were incredible. They were courteous and engaging everyday. They ensured you enjoyed your stay to the fullest. They provided recommendations for nearby places to eat and we found some gems. Each room had loads of amenities to cover anything you needed. Our room...

”Overall v good. Only issue was the broken blind. There is also construction work going on at the back so parking not available but was able to use the Lygon car park.”

”This B&B was a nice surprise. The owner of the B&B welcomed us warmly and told some good tips what to see and eat in Bourton on the water. Breakfast was traditional English breakfast with ham and eggs. Would have stayed there another night but it was full booked the day after. This is the best B&B that you can find from Bourton on the water and I would recommend it truly.”

”First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. Full crockery and cutlery with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Communication from Roy the manager was superb and ensured everything went smoothly...

”I cannot recommend highly enough. Simon was on call 24/7 and the information pack was so informative. The only time I had to contact Simon was to ask for an additional 3 nights stay (that says a lot about my enjoyment there), and to check where the recycling bins were which was my stupidity.”

”Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper.”
