Outside my door there was a toilet bowl scrubber (not used tk gd) on the ground all day.

”The staff upon arrival was not very friendly. When I asked if you all had continental breakfast, his reply was “yeah!”
The rooms (3 in total) were nasty!! Hair in the tub. The loveseats were dirty. There was a massive amount of dust in that room (I am allergic to dust). Something spilled beside the refrigerator in Room 309.
I have pictures to validate my statement.
I will never visit this hotel again.
Side note: my husband and I own a cleaning business and this was unacceptable.”

”I chose this hotel for its price. I think it was a little overpriced for the condition of the facility. As there is a no-smoking policy in the building there were quite a few people hanging around the front/side of the building to smoke, which gave it a shady vibe.
The staff was nice, the bed was comfy but the room showed wear and tear and could use an update. Ex: the walls were repainted but only in certain areas - meaning if you're going to paint - paint the whole wall, not just the right...

”Was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good and seemed fresh. Rooms clean. Did have one towel that seemed to be stained, but all in all good. Not sure if it is the scent of the cleaner or what but there was a constant aroma of what seemed to be Marijuana in the hall way. We did not smell it in our room however. All an all I would return and enjoyed the stay. 4 out of 5 stars.”

”First off, this hotel was not nearly as bad as some of the terrible reviews make it out to be. It's okay -- just don't expect the Ritz-Carlton.
The good: You can't beat the location. It's right on the boardwalk and just minutes from the pier, The hotel was mostly clean, no bugs, cold air-conditioning, comfortable beds, and hot water. These are the most important factors for me when staying at the beach. There is coffee available in the lobby.
