Cottage near Seven Springs Mountain Resort and Ohiopyle State Park

The property is a spacious one level, 2 bedroom / 2 bath stone cottage on nearly 2 acres of land. Inviting living room with working fireplace, large eat-in kitchen for gathering, and wonderful firepit area to enjoy evening fires. Grill and outdoor games provided as well as tools for roasting marshmallows and making mountain pies over the fire. Enjoy the serene mountain environment that is close to many exciting attractions, including hiking, swimming, whitewater rafting, fishing, biking, golfing and skiing. The property is also close to many historical sites that enjoy visitors.

Sleeping arrangements include:

1 Queen Size Bed
1 Bunk Bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top)
Queen sleeper sofa

Fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, crockpot and blender. Bath towels and bed linens provided.

Starter rolls of Toilet paper and hand soap will be provided. However, guests should bring extra in case they run out.

Free Wifi and 2 Flat Screen TV's with Wifi accessibility for connecting to your Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts.

Wonderful Place

This house is absolutely beautiful. Nestled in the midst of lots of activities. Really enjoyed the back porch area. Owner was very responsive to our request to extend our stay. We didn't want to leave. Definitely worth the money. Felt like home.

Perfect Cozy Cabin

We decided on this place as a weekend getaway while in OhioPyle. Cozy cabin that was just right for two people but would definitely be spacious enough for a small family. The cabin is very modern/country feel inside except for the room with the fireplace they get what looks to be original which was perfect! My favorite room in the house and so cozy with the fireplace! Bedrooms are in separate areas each with a bathroom which is nice if you have family traveling with you. The living room and kitchen area is a large area and very nice. Big flat screen TV in the living room and also a TV with game console in the bedroom with bunk beds which is perfect for kids. The weather was not so nice so we didn’t use the outdoor grill, fire pit or seating area but it is all very nice. Bonus to having a fireplace inside, you can still make mountain pies even when the weather is yucky. Ohiopyle State Park was a great adventure and Stone Villa Winery is also great too! Looking forward to coming back with our kids and also for a girls weekend!

Wonderful property!

Everything was great about our stay. The host was quick with communication. The property was clean and well organized. It was everything advertised and more! The firepit was beautiful and the yard is very level for games, running around, and well lit for evening play. Great experience all around.

Nice stay, convenient location to Laurel Highlands

Clean, newly renovated house with plenty of living space and nice porches. Off the beaten path. Make sure to bring any cooking necessities such as paper towels, cooking oil, foil and spices.

Nice house

This house was very clean. Close proximity to all activities in the Laurel highlands. The property is very nice and quiet. Nice kitchen and lots of seating area to unwind and watch TV after a long day. There is a covered side patio that we used to eat breakfast and dinner. The only complaint is the mattresses are not comfortable at all. They either need replaced or need a mattress topper. I would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

If you love being outside this is the place. Close to ohiopyle which has hiking, biking, kayaking, running for all levels of experience. If you are into trails check out the laurel highlands hiking trail and bear run bear nature reserve trails plus all the trails acceptable at Ohiopyle. There are some breweries and wineries in driving distance and some good restaurants. Can't go wrong if you are looking to relax and have fun.

Relaxing - Beautiful Property

Host Janie is AWESOME. Stay was wonderful, property well maintained and decorated. Had all the necessary items needed and was very clean and comfortable. Only reason for less than excellent on location/neighborhood was that is was quite a drive from the activities we explored. Otherwise everything was excellent. and we would 100% recommend.

Stay at cottage

The cottage was very nice. Over all everything was very good. One item that wasn’t the best for us was the mattress on the main bed. It was too soft for our liking. Other than this we were quite satisfied with the cottage.

The perfect little getaway

The backyard and surrounding area is gorgeous, and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and around the campfire. The cottage is neat and tidy and well-kept with recent renovations. The host is very responsive and organized.
