”Was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good and seemed fresh. Rooms clean. Did have one towel that seemed to be stained, but all in all good. Not sure if it is the scent of the cleaner or what but there was a constant aroma of what seemed to be Marijuana in the hall way. We did not smell it in our room however. All an all I would return and enjoyed the stay. 4 out of 5 stars.”

”We requested and paid for an ocean front king suite. We recieved a city view balcony regular room. In the room there was broken furniture, bed that was far beyond replacement. No soap in the dispenser asked for more towels multiple days. Recieved none. Upon leaving one night. Saw a three inch cockroach running across the hallway. Extremely unsatisfied and will never be returning to aqua vista resorts.”

”The staff upon arrival was not very friendly. When I asked if you all had continental breakfast, his reply was “yeah!”
The rooms (3 in total) were nasty!! Hair in the tub. The loveseats were dirty. There was a massive amount of dust in that room (I am allergic to dust). Something spilled beside the refrigerator in Room 309.
I have pictures to validate my statement.
I will never visit this hotel again.
Side note: my husband and I own a cleaning business and this was unacceptable.”

”I was trying to find a hotel close by to Family. Check-in was pretty quick. When I went to my room, I was greeted by quite a few ants. My son and I stomped them out.
When we checked the sheets, we found debris in them. We got an our vehicle and went to meet Family. I called several times to the front desk to try and get them to take care of the situation. No one repeatedly answered after numerous rings. We ended up grabbing full-size throws so that we could sleep on top of the covers.

”Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond...
