”The hotel is beautiful, staff excellent, free breakfast great.. only complaint .. we were in suite 201… the only mirrors were in the bathroom.. my cousin was in suite 205… she had several mirrors in the suite and bathroom”

”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful. Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....

”Overall The Grove was a great stay. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean/comfortable & their check in/check out is simple. I appreciate that they offer luggage drop off & they also had our room ready a hour sooner than check in. Street parking is difficult to find but I was able to get a spot after doing some loops. I would stay here for my next visit.”

”The room was spacious and clean! Bedding was very nice and comfortable. The location was central and close to the Opera House which was the reason for our visit. We did have a hard time finding a restaurant close by after the performance and ended up eating next door to the hotel at Mel's. Not exactly a meal to remember but it honestly wasn't bad. Parking garage was very convenient and dare I say affordable at $49 with in/out priledges. I would definitely stay at the Courtyard location again! ”

”The front desk staff both AM and PM were sooo amazing! The ambiance is SO FUN, the rooms are modest but the pillows were so comfy and the linens were fresh and clean. We didn't gumb much time in the room since we were in the city to have fun!! Every staff member was so Helpful, Accomodating and great warm personalities. Thank you !!! ”

”Overnight trip to SF was a success! A beautifully renovated cleanly hotel for a great price. We stayed in the deluxe room that had 2 beds, a microwave, mini fridge and a safe :) Short & sweet trip but well lived for the night! Would stay again”
