”The place was under construction, there was no breakfast buffet as advertised. The breakfast had no hot choices other than waffles. The air conditioner in the room leaked water all over the floor. I would not recommend this place.”

”We had an excellent stay at the Sleep Inn in Tyler, Texas. The staff were thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel welcoming. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the food was well-made and satisfying. We would gladly stay here again.”

”No. The pool had concrete and trash in it. I had to switch rooms because the air conditioner didn’t work and the elevator wasn’t working. This place should close and make necessary renovations!”

”The staff was nice and attentive when we needed them but the room was just ok. We had three trash cans but none with bags so we had to dump our trash in the empty baskets. There were also tiny bugs flying around the window area. ”

”We stayed at this hotel after leaving the OYO hotel across town without staying the night there. This hotel was nice and in a good location. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change are the pillows. They were not comfy.”

”Can I use the word "slumlord"? Only update since the 80s is a flat screen TV. Popcorn ceiling, wallpaper border and dirt and mold especially in the bathroom says enough about their pride in the property. Pool drained except for algae in the puddle didn't indicate any preparation for summer on this Memorial Day weekend. Really disgusted especially with the abundance of cleaner and newer hotels within quarter mile radius.”
