”The hotel is in a great location, its interior is very nice and clean. My critiques are that there wasn’t a useable desk space, they charged $35 for parking, and you have to sign up for their rewards program to use the WiFi. Otherwise a great stay! ”

”Overall we had an excellent stay at the Heathman, even with the lobby construction. Our king room was extra large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially for our baby. We used the nearby SmartPark garage (at 4th and Yamhill) for parking with no issues and ~$15/night. ”

”Rooms are decent but you can hear every time a door closes in another room. The toilet is very low and the lids have to be closed before you can flush and they slam each time. The restaurant is closed at night and there are very few nearby options. The checkin area is right by the sliding doors so staff have to use a space heater to keep warm. Overall I would not stay here for “pleasure “ again. ”

”Nice hotel in the heart of the Pearl district downtown. Clean, modern with comfortable beed and nicely designed. I little more breakfast options in the morning would have been nice.”

”Staff was great and super friendly. My complaints are that the room was not super clean. The bathroom sink was filthy, and you could see water stains on the shower from previous use. A lot of the walls had noticeable paint chips and the bed frames were extremely worn out and pealing. Also, although the elevator says you cannot use it without a keycard 99% of the time you could go in and press a button without scanning the card and it would work. From a safety standpoint I wasn’t a fan of that....

”Room 1619 was clean; however, there was a noticeable urine odor that comes and goes. Additionally, there was a drainage issue in the bathroom—the shower did not drain properly, causing water to accumulate during use.”

”Tv kept cutting off, no picture. Sometimes wouldn't change the channel or slow down at least. Couldn't get into your vehicle when it was raining without getting your shoes and socks drenched. The engineering of water flow in the parking lot couldn't be worse, especially the handicap spot in front of the office. 6" of water in a puddle over the width of a vehicle. Black mold on the tiles in the handicap rooms. Handicap room, bathroom door will not open all the way because it hits the bed. ADA...

”The room was spotless, bed and pillows comfy, shower very nice, and plenty of lovely towels, good temperature control. Front desk was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that there are not enough valets to fetch cars, especially considering the very steep price- plus tips of course, as it's not the valets' fault. Otherwise, the property was perfect. I would definitely book there again but probably would use a ride service rather than rent a car.”
