”Excellent customer service ”

”The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. ”

”This is one of the finest Hampton Suites we’ve stayed in! Property is pristine, people who work here are all very nice and helpful. We always try to stay at this one. Make sure you DON’T stay in the one in OZARK, it’s deplorable.”

”Staff was rude and told me I can check out when I told her my non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was told they don't have another room to give me but parking lot was empty. No free breakfast included as advertised because the person told me it cost to much. Toilet seat broken. No housekeeping making rounds. I had to buy my own toilet tissue and soap for my week stay. Pillow cases dirty. Outside the doorway and grass smell like piss.”

”I recently stayed at the Hilton in Dothan, Alabama, and my experience was far from satisfactory. After paying for a specific room, I was given a completely different one that lacked basic amenities. To my dismay, the bathroom didn’t even have a shower, and it seemed they assigned me a handicap room instead. I had spoken with Kara earlier in the morning, and she confirmed that my room would be ready upon my arrival. However, when I got there, it had been given to someone else. To make matters...
