The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine.”

”Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

”First room we got smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it and had to ask for another one. Next room was not clean, there were things on the floor that clearly indicated it had not been cleaned very well. The walls had missing plaster and different scuffs/divets in them. The back door of the building was propped open for anyone to get in, no key card required. There were men outside of the hotel by the exit drinking beers until very late at night, I was nervous to walk...
