Upon arrival we were met by the owners Tesla parked on the sidewalk outside the front doors. As we opened the door we were met with overpowering odor of curry, check in was okay. exited the lobby to the laundry area where we met with the smell of sewer gas. entered the room which appeared to be clean. Soon discovered the room door would not lock unless I slammed it. Next morming tried to start shower and the knob came off. replaced the knob by tightening the screw myself. Went to the lobby for the free breakfast and discovered NONE. poured a cup of coffee and found chunks of an unknown substance floating in the cup. manager stated they do not offer breakfast due to Covid. A large industrial hot water heater in a crate is located in the lobby, and all the chairs are placed on top of the tables with a large amount of dust on them. Filed a complaint with Expedia and Wyndam and then received a phone call from the Manager of the hotel informing of the NO REFUND policy no matter what the issue. When my cousin went to the desk to complain about the sewer gas smell in his room, the manager called the police and to have him and his wife removed grom the property. DO NOT stay at this so-called hotel. If i had not had my 88 year old disabled Mother with me, I would never stay.
