”One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever eaten in a motel or hotel. And the only problem we had was the one chair in our room so one of us had to sit on the best to watch television. We did “steal” another chair from the lobby but the cleaning crew returned it after a couple of days, but we were leaving by then. :) Everything else was exceptional plus!”

”The area was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was good. Bed was comfortable. The only note we had for the room was there was a large gap in the door they let a lot of light from the hall into the room at night and we didn’t like the bathroom being in the middle of the room with sliding door that wouldn’t lock.”

”Very positive surprise. The corner suite was so nice I would have wanted to stay there for a much longer time than just one night. Complementary breakfast and light "social supper" were positive experiences too. Surroundings were excellent too, the venue was just some hundreds of meters from a big shopping area with a good selection of restaurants.”

”Things I didn’t like. Ice machine was broke on 3rd floor. Only one elavator was working. Water dispenser in weight room was empty the whole stay. Bathtub did not drain well. Breakfast platters were empty for extended periods of time during breakfast. Could not change the channel in the lobby on the TV.”

”This is an older hotel so don’t expect all the bells and whistles. I’ve stayed here before and the place is generally clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is quiet with easy access to I-55. The problem I had with this stay was seeing some mold in my room under one of the tables and quite a bit of dust, indicating the room had not been well cleaned in some time. ”I stay for 6 days. Everyday my key deactivated which caused me to have to go to the front desk to correct the issue. I don’t understand why the $100 security deposit wasn’t mentioned when booking also if you don’t stay for 14 days or more you want get new bed sheets.Towels were an issue as well, never had any ready upon request and you had to give the staff back the soiled towels before they would give you new ones.
