”The toilet had black mold all over the entire bowl, ran slowly to the point of overflowing. The tub was broken. The cloth on the foundation of the bed was disconnecting. Walmart was close by so I got cleaning supplies. For the price not comparable to a Marriott property.”

”Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us....
