”We booked three rooms. Upon arrival, one room was fine; the air conditioning in one room didn’t work, and the door to the third room was unlocked and open with the room smelling like marijuana. The manager was unable to move into other rooms or another best western property, so we booked rooms at the embassy suites across the parking lot and checked out. Lots of hassle and stress on college graduation weekend!”

”My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA.”
