”Reception staff was very welcoming. She accidentally gave me the wrong room key but called me before I had brought all of my things in from the car and was very apologetic. The second room had an overwhelming floral scent. I checked at the front desk and was told that all of the rooms are sprayed with eucalyptus. ”The room was tidy but there were a few incomplete projects in the bathroom. However it did not affect my stay. The breakfast had a variety and was well stocked. The staff at breakfast were very attentive and constantly restocking. Check-in and check-out were simple and fast. ”

”This is my third or fourth time staying at this location. I have always been pleased but noticed in recent years it was in need of renovation. This time I was pleased to see they are in the process of renovating and I was placed in a newly renovated room. Breakfast was great, staff is very friendly and coffe is always available. ”

Towels were visibly dirty and brown, bedding had hair on it, surfaces had dried residue, and the toilet was unclean. The conditions were not safe or fit for occupancy. I left within minutes and did not stay. A manager verbally confirmed I would receive a full refund, but the hotel later refused to honor it and contradicted themselves when speaking to Expedia.
