”The rooms were not very clean. We had to wait for help at front desk, no one was ever there. The bathroom had brown smudge spots on the wall. I had to clean the tub before I used it. The ac in the hallway to go up and down the stairs kept going off, it was hot going up and down.”

”Typically stay here occasionally when I work. This time when I got my room , someone had definitely slept in there, room was not clean or ready. Moved me to another one, didn’t mind it but it was right beside the elevator so I can pretty much hear it and people. I must’ve always thought housekeeping work, no matter the shift but they all leave at a certain time. I’m a late riser , since I work at night and was disappointed I couldn’t get new sheets or anything. Other than that it was a ok stay,...

”The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.”

”My room smelled so bad. Smelled like semen ! I did not sleep. Right now I am so sick from the smell. My room had no remote for the television. The floor was not clean. My white socks turned brown. The sheets did not smell good. I am so sick from the smell”

”Breakfast is simply muffins and only muffins there was a used rag in my shower when I checked into room 226. Other than that the room was clean. But I was very disappointed by the breakfast that was only muffins and coffee.”

”The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic, convenient location. The staff was lovely as well. The only downside was the room's poor soundproofing; unfortunately, I was kept awake at night by screaming children in the neighboring room. Great stay overall, will stay again.”

”Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night”

”Stayed here for a concert and the venue was right down the street. Could not be more convenient. Sucks you have to pay for parking though.”
