”Beautiful hotel and very clean rooms”

”Room was clean and looked great. Tissues were designed at the top beautifully like a flower but hated the thought of putting something on my face someone already touched on. Breakfast was good Saturday but they were so packed that on Sunday it was sparse. Pool was warm but dirty in the bottom. I would give it another shot if the rate was cheaper. ”

”How to ask the front desk person to restock the breakfast as most of the items were out. Parking was adequate. The bed was comfortable hair dryer in the bathroom was broken.”

”Check in was wonderful. We were greeted with a smile and the staff member was very helpful and patient with us.”

”Breakfast was very sub par not hot or fresh. Beds had a lot of staining. Ac took awhile to get room cold. When asked for a fan was told there weren’t any. ”

”The pillows was very small and wasn’t comfortable, couldn’t watch tv you had to have WiFi and there was no WiFi available as it said. ”

”Very clean room, and the property is ideally situated near a shopping center - walkable distances to restaurants and fast food! Their breakfast is pretty good, with the smoothest coffee I’ve had in a hotel. ”

”We arrived to a room that was very minimal. There were 2 complimentary bottles of water and a refrigerator. I immediately made tea, a non caffeinated tea. We felt like the comforter and sheet wasn’t enough but turned up the temp. There were 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels and one of the bottles of product had fallen off the wall and was on the shower hand rail, there were no shelves in the shower for a razor or products. ”The woman at the front desk was distracted by her phone and delayed the check in process. We were sent to a room on the 3rd floor where there was an empty mount where the tv should be. We returned to the desk to ask for another and were given a room on the second floor. Upon turning on the AC, the room immediately smelled of urine. Went back to the desk, mind you this all happened within 20 minutes to check out and get a refund. Another couple was doing the Same. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.”

”Clean room but small space and very dated. If you don’t need stove and a full size refrigerator, which occupy too much space in the room, look elsewhere. Low ceiling makes the room look pretty cramped. Not worth my $200. Below average breakfast. Only good thing there was front desk staff and special shout out to Miriam. Thank you for being so nice. ”
