We propose you to rent, on the commune of Coursegoules, within an old renovated barn, this charming studio of a surface of 18 m ² and being able to welcome comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room, an equipped kitchenette, a shower room and you can enjoy a private garden of about 110 m² at 10 meters with a few steps. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m², sofa bed (double with new mattress 2022) and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, hotplates, Malongo coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.
- A laundry room (shared with the owners) in an adjoining room will allow you to put down luggage or skis in order to make the most of the total surface area of the studio, you will find a folding table and garden chairs which you can enjoy in the garden.

Outside :
- A private garden of about 110 m² to enjoy the beautiful days and a breathtaking view of the whole countryside. It is located 10 metres from the accommodation, is accessible by a few steps, is secured by a locked gate and can accommodate your bicycles.

The flat is ideally located in Coursegoules, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, a few steps from the main square. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as two restaurants and a crêperie, including the restaurant "l'atelier gourmand" which also offers take-away pizzas.

Activities
- Sightseeing : Visit of the historical village, Vence with its museums and restaurants less than half an hour away, about 1 hour drive from the coast...
- Sporting activities: hiking and mountain walks, two ranches for horseback riding at the top of the Col de Vence, 10 minutes away by car, horse-drawn carriage rides.
- Cultural visits: "remarkable garden" (Ministry of Culture) 10 minutes away on foot, bison reserve (Andon 30 minutes away by car)...
- Gastronomic heritage: why not treat yourself to a bit of luxury in a starred restaurant in a palace (Château Saint-Martin, proper attire required) at the foot of the Col de Vence to end your stay...
- Events: the Nice tourist office website has a list of festivals and trade fairs in all seasons.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby.

- Nearest airport: Nice airport located about 45 minutes away by car.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Access to the accommodation is via an old alley with wide stairs for about 50 metres.
- Available Wifi.
- A book on the history and walks in the village will be at your disposal with an IGN map.
- Medium-term rentals are valued on request.
