”The rooms and overall property are showing their age. Rooms need updating, especially with a tiny TV, small desk, small bathroom and only AC for cooling the room is a noisy portable unit. The bed though is very comfortable and it is nice and quiet. Staff are very responsive. ”

”Room was fine. Staff were courteous, especially in helping with the uncooperative TV! All in all our stay was fine, though basic, although the price was "basic" too! So no complaints.”

”The rooms were very cold. It took quite a bit of time to get the heat at a decent level. Heard everything above us all night. Good place to rest your head, but bring ear plugs”

”A very comfortable stay in a spacious room. The pool and hot tub are great. We were traveling with two adults, two kids. The only disappointment was that the two beds were smaller than queen sized, so we were a little squished while sleeping. The location was very convenient near stores, close to the road to Mt Washington and Comox, and a reasonable walk to downtown Courtenay.”

”Very nice stay for my wife and I. Large bedroom upstairs and tv/kitchen downstairs allowed for quiet mornings and bedtimes. Very well appointed with all necessities and ordaments/books/games. Close to all amenities but in a nice walkable neighborhood.”
