”My favourite Moab hotel for a longish stay - rooms with kitchen, great location for getting into Arches quickly and very helpful staff.”

”Loved this property and our stay! The townhouse was beautiful, and our boys had a blast running around. Everything felt comfortable and easy, and we really enjoyed a few relaxed breakfasts together. The coffee shop was delicious, and the staff were attentive, kind, and friendly. And of course, the cat was the highlight for my boys. One small recommendation for management would be adding lighting around the pool and the steps to the hot tub. In the evenings, it was quite dark and we noticed a...

”Cold shower. Basement room. No towels for pool. Kids running everywhere. Kids with pool noodles in the hot tub. No bath soap. Outdoor fire place broken and was told it never works. Do not recommend for adults or couples.”

”Didnt have any hangers in the closet. Went down and asked the kid behind the counter. He said they didnt have any. Phone in the room didn't work. WIFI was spotty at best. Wife asked the kid behind the counter. He said the town only had two separate WIFIs in all of MOAB, and because they were busy, it wasn't working well. I will not use this Hotel in the future, and will not recommend it to others. ”

”The room was kind of dark at night even if the lights are on because the walls and furnitures are dark brown. I suggest, to change the old furnitures and walls be painted with lighter colors. ”

”I love to stay at this Hotel when I go to Moab. It is well kept and small and it does not cost an arm and a leg. It is clean and convenient. I like the frig and the microwave. Rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is not really hot, but it helps after a day of hiking.”

”Beautiful new hotel with a great pool area and friedly staff. Unfortunately our room 304 had the hotel ventilation machinery directly above, and there is an occasional very loud metallic resonance noise. Woke us up several times on the first night, but luckily not on the remaining two nights we stayed therre. ”

”They don’t do daily housekeeping and to me that’s a deal breaker. When I brought it up it took them hours to reply that they only clean the room if you stay more than 3 nights, otherwise you have to request it. Well, no one informed me of that, so we came back to an unmade bed and wet towels. Also, the rooms and specially the bathrooms are extremely poorly lit. The bed was comfortable though, but I wouldn’t stay here again ”
