”The kitchen was very well equipped. Living room was so cozy with the fire. Bed was super comfortable. The unit has really tall ceilings and is cozy. Only issue was the dog upstairs. They kept barking and whining.”

”Six of us stayed for our daughter's graduation. Nicely appointed property! We were able to walk to dinner, and it was a short drive to our other activities. Highly recommend!”

”It was the best view of Casco Bay and such a unique home. Beautiful accommodations that are both historic yet updated for comfort and convenience. Our host was phenomenal! So friendly…we thought he was one of our neighbors from Louisiana (not just because of his homemade hot sauce that he sent home with us, but more importantly because of his hospitality!)”

”This home is at such a great location. It was so easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, and other points of interest. The building is a charming townhouse on a pretty street and the interior is well- appointed, neat and clean. All the essentials plus some extras were supplied, from coffee to personal care items. Having dedicated parking was key. We very much appreciated how responsive the hosts were. They promptly answered questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.”

”We loved this little cabin! The location was excellent as we loved exploring the beach looking for treasure and we loved being able to visit the Trolls at Maine’s Coastal Gardens. Patty was a great host, not only providing us a clean place to stay but also helped us find some gluten free restaurants for my daughter!”

”We had a great stay. Check in and communication was easy. Due to storm damage, our original booked cottage was not available and Deb offered us a different (much larger) home without added cost. We greatly appreciated it so we didn't have to cancel our vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The area is beautiful and the beach was very clean. You cannot beat the views from the home. We look forward to staying here again!”

”The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?”

"Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs). In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly. What shocked us (and what reduced the overall rating) was that as we used Valet Parking, someone had slept in our car (passenger seat was in bed position). We commented it to the Valet guys and asked to talked to the manager. Manager was apparently out of reach and they promised that he/she would call back. He/she never did. We were in a hurry and had to start driving so could not continue settling it. We had an idea that Hyatt would be a nice chain with proper Valet service - This has clearly not been the case. "
