”Staff were exceptionally helpful. Multiple room keys didn't work and people had to return to the front desk because we couldn't enter our rooms. The pool was never opened, and the fitness room was inaccessible. The parking was adequate. Housekeeping staff were exceptional.”

”BED BUGS! Run away from this one. Looks questionable to begin with, pool was closed in the middle of summer for no known reason, room was dingy, but we also found bed bugs. I ended up getting a refund but had to have Expedia intervene to do so.”

”This location was delightful! We arrived late and the pool was still open so the kids could get their road trip energy out. There were delicious cookies, the staff were ALL so kind and friendly, and the view over the lake was exceptional. Great stay, delicious breakfast, and 25 hr coffee. Happy parents, happy kids.”
