”Great breakfast as all the previous reviews will tell you. Staff at front desk and breakfast was over the top nice, accommodating, warming, cool as #+*%, and ok that’s enough, they’re great! Worked 50+ plus hours a week for the last year and traveling quite a bit. A hotel stay like this is soooo refreshing. I’m in the area a lot. I will be back. Great room, too.”

”Don’t hesitate to stay here. Great room with comfy beds and a shower that will knock you over compared to other places we stayed. The included breakfast actually had real eggs! ”

”There are several best westerns in the Carlisle area. I have stayed at ones that are not this one apparently. Because if I had stated this one prior to this weekend, I would not have returned. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana! The front desk receptionist kindly moved me into a room that was on a hallway that smelled a little less of marijuana, but still the entire place reeked! The side door where people were going in and out to smoke did not lock. That made me feel a little uncomfortable....

”We have stayed at numerous LaQuinta Hotels on our travels and throughly enjoyed each and every one ! Our recent stay at this LaQuinta was absolutely terrible, firstly, the property has an infestation of German Cockroaches!!! The front desk attendant informed us that they were aware and exterminator has been on site three times in the last week! The hotel needs a lot repair ! In my opinion if you are in Hershey, Pennsylvania find another hotel!! Absolutely disgusting! ”

”The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. ”

”Building is in desparate need of a refresh. The carpet in our room was stained and filthy. Concern about the filter in the HVAC as I had congestion the next day. Staff was wonderful and kind. They did say renovations are coming. Breakfast was very limited. ”

”Room was clean. There was some damage to the door not allowing the swing lock to secure the door. I had booked specifically for the location and breakfast. Disappointed in breakfast. It was continental at best with the option to buy breakfast sandwich from front desk. Perhaps have a toilet plunger in rooms so patron doesn’t have to call front desk basically announcing your bathroom challenges.”
