Waterfront Lakehouse with spectacular view!

Come enjoy this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on the shore of Coventry Lake. Features include a large wrap around deck to take in the gorgeous view. You can see the lake from every room in the house on the first level. All three bedrooms are on the second level; King sized bed in the master suite with full bathroom, Queen sized bedroom and twin sized bedroom. There is also a private sleeping area on the first floor which will accommodate one or two people. Enjoy your meals outdoors on the deck, or in the sunroom. Spacious kitchen also has a dining table and all the amenities for enjoying your time at the lake. Relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the dock. There is almost always a breeze on this side of the lake. Plenty of sun and shade on the property to suit your preference. Spend your day swimming in the clean and clear water. Sit by the outdoor firepit during the evening and roast marshmallows, or if you prefer, soak in the jacuzzi tub.

If you have your own boat, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards, please feel free to bring them. Please refer to Coventry Lake's Rules and State of Connecticut Regulations.

Bring your own beach towels. Bath towels and sheets are provided.

Outdoor grill, coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer and dryer, cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, paper towels and toilet paper are provided.

Beautiful Views
Graduation at UConn in early May 2024. Kim’s house was clean and spacious with incomparable views of the lake. There were many areas in the house for you to have your own private space and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were multiple ways to access the wonderful deck and sunroom. Most of my guests were over the age of 70 and the shallow carpeted indoor stairs leading to the bedrooms presented a challenge for only one of my guests. Note that the upstairs bathroom is inside of one of the bedrooms so other guests go up and down the stairs during the night to use the bathroom. Would happily stay here again.

Wonderful stay
This lakefront property was perfect for our weekend stay. The home was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The view of the lake was fantastic, especially with the fall foliage. Kim was a very responsive and friendly host.

Will come back!
For our three kids age 4 and under, this was the perfect place! The extra closed off room was perfect to put a pack and play in, couch fit all 5 of us easily to snuggle. Loved being able to walk right into the lake for the kiddos.

2023 Coventry Lake
We had a wonderful time and great weather - took advantage of close location to my brothers and families for cookouts, boat rides, fishing and swimming! Terrific porches - inside and outside- with wonderful lake view. Spent majority of time in those areas. Good area for our game nights. Would suggest handrails coming down the long sidewalk from parking area and especially for getting into the water from uneven stone steps. Stairs to bedrooms are rather steep and narrow - had to remember to duck up and down. Our neighbors behind and on both sides were delightful and very friendly- so we’re their dogs!

Great house
This is our second year coming to this wonderful lake house. We spent it with our 3 granddaughters who spent so much time swimming in the lake. The house is very clean and roomy. The deck is great and we ate almost all our meals on the part of the deck with a roof right outside the kitchen.

Wonderful Lake House
We absolutely loved it. The views of the lake were amazing. From the ducks, geese, blue herring and great neighbors this place was everything we wanted. We definitely will be back.

Great outdoor area on active lake
We had a great stay during a hot couple of days in Coventry. The screened porch and outdoor deck were both great and we spent almost all our time there. Grill, firepit, swimming off the dock all were great. We rented some kayaks/paddleboards (separate from reservation) and enjoyed exploring the lake. It's a busy, active area; lots of boats and neighbors, but everyone was friendly.

Wonderful location on beautiful lake
The living spaces are terrific with great views of the lake and lots of space. The outdoor yard area was quite nice as well. We had fun playing croquet with our great nieces. The steep narrow stairs to access the bedroom areas could be a concern if someone has mobility issues. We’ll equipped and nicely updated. Wish we could have had more time there and would definitely come back.

Quiet, comfortable house with water access and lovely view.
We had a great stay here. The on line details were accurate and communication with the host was good. Two of us are also hosts so see things with a critical eye. Think most of the group want to return next year. Please note to bring your own bath soap and ice. The small bedroom upstairs does not have a/c. There is a fan but if it’s hot maybe an idea to turn the other upstairs window units on by early afternoon. The view is gorgeous and the deck/ sun room are just lovely. Lots of seating and two different dining areas. It was so nice to wake up early and sit on the deck— tranquil and beautiful. Everyone I met in town and during my walks was super friendly. Great location to relax and unwind.
