Check in wasn’t terrible but I was asked if I needed a mobility room, even though I booked it as a mobility room. I’m sure there was not malaise behind it because the check in person did explain sometimes 3rd party apps put people in those rooms, but I just hated having to explain it. The room was very dirty. We did ask for new sheets and we were offered a different room, but again I needed a mobility room so I was afraid what else we would get. Once we changed the sheets and wiped everything down it wasn’t horrible.
I do want to emphasize we weren’t expecting a lot but we were left unimpressed in the cleanliness of the facility.
I will have to say the breakfast area was kept very clean and had a lot of choices so that’s a plus. Honestly I feel like I had a fever dream eating breakfast because it did not reflect the rest of the stay.
