This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and when I arrived at the hotel lobby, the lady behind the desk was yelling at a customer on the phone and once she hung up, she started complaining about her boss who leaves her "crap" to do and then she decided to wait on me. I confirmed "twice" that the room was NS and she said yes. Once I got to the room, it smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigs in there and I immediately called the front desk and she said, well maybe you are smelling the room next to you and I said "no" this room absolutely stinks like smoke. I asked to be moved and she said she could not move me and I advised, I am not staying in this room and she offered to have someone "spray" the room and I said, nothing will get this smell out and I went back down to the lobby and gave her the key and she was yelling at me and said "we will tell expedia that we offered to spray your room so you will not get a refund", I said "I will be calling Expedia myself". As I was walking out the lobby, she was still yelling at me and I walked by a guy who apparently was going to spray the room and he had a can of Lysol. Also, one more thing, my BF went to use the restroom as soon as we got to the room and he told me there was feces left on the toilet... DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ! I also called Red Roof Inn Headquarters.
