Elegant Studio in Upscale Community

Immaculate, private studio in a gorgeous, upscale lake community just under 10 min from Covington Square. It has a large sized living and dining area and a lovely bedroom nook with a queen bed. Plenty of natural light filters through, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Included is a washer and dryer, full kitchen, tub/shower combo, internet and streaming services. So close to shopping, dining and local attractions like Vampire Diaries Tours, Fox Vineyard and Winery! Pets are welcome! This 2nd story studio is fully equipped.

It has a full kitchen, queen size bedroom nook, dining space for 4, full sized living room lounging area with a 55in smart tv with YouTube TV and Netflix included, washer dryer, shower/tub combo, ceiling fans, tons of natural light, a large desk area for working and a large walk in closet for ample storage. (Must be able to navigate stairs.) You will have full access to the studio of course! 

There are many spots on the grounds that are perfect for taking pictures! We are here to make your stay enjoyable! Just call or text us for any assistance needed! We typically don’t meet our guests, as we try and provide as much privacy to our guests as possible…but we are always around and can pop over if needed. 😁 

NEIGHBORHOOD: This Community is one of the prettiest and most upscale neighborhoods in Covington and surrounding areas. You will feel right at home in this lovely studio. If you like taking leisurely walks, you will feel completely safe taking in the lovely grounds of the community residents. We hope that you will join us! Remember this is an upstairs unit. Also, the lot is heavily wooded, you may encounter deer, other wildlife and many kinds of insects on the grounds. The unit has monthly pest control, so it is rare to encounter anything inside. However, we cannot guarantee that a random pest won’t find its way in, as the case with most homes in GA. Lastly, do not leave food out overnight as the ants in this part of GA are aggressive. 😃
