”Had a very pleasant stay. Quiet, clean, excellent breakfast, and a nice touch of a classic and modern aesthetics. The front desk staff was a little bland in terms of their personality and energy which seemed to reflect being on auto pilot. Not much enthusiasm but they were not rude in any way shape or form. Just wished the personality of the front desk staff matched the vibrancy and elegance of the hotel. ”

”We always stay here when we’re in Ukiah…it’s clean…reliable…quiet…There’s a Starbucks across the parking lot …The staff is friendly…there’s really nothing not to like. ”

”Clean room, lots of room in the bedroom. Shower was nice, but not much water pressure.”

”The beds were incredibly comfortable, my room and bathroom were impeccable clean, check out wasn’t until noon and who doesn’t enjoy a free breakfast in the morning? What was super cool is that their pool is open until 11:00pm which was super cool for our family. My youngest daughter has special needs and one of her triggers is a baby crying or a dog barking. Needless to say we try to avoid being around either one. With the pool open so late, we got to go swimming for a good two hours without any...

”It's a little expensive and you have to rent the water toys even aftet you paid 400+ for a room. I feel like those should be included with the cost. Lovely room and the front desk lady that works weekends is the sweetest!”
