”The restroom was very dirty. There were flees everywhere. The air conditioning did not work. The water shower did not work. I demanded my refund and the manager said no.”

”Was put in a smoking room and was not asked when checking in. Bed sheets and entire room stank. Had a big fall out of my clothes the next morning. AC was very noisy. Building was in poor repair. Lobby doors stuck and were over lapping.”

”Everything was great the Hotel was very clean and well maintained. For some reason through Expedia the reservation for us was a Handicap room which I didn’t like at all. Only there for a couple nights so I just left it alone. Because it is a package deal where even the Hilton doesn’t know what we paid I didn’t think we could have made any changes. Live and learn I guess!! The bathroom had a barn door and it did not close off completely, in photo U can see gaps between walls and the door not...

”I’ll lead with the good stuff. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Everything else was really subpar for our normal experiences with this chain. Visible debris on the hallway carpet (lots), multiple walls with paint in need of repair, and our room was visibly dirty on certain walls. Again- most important priority is the bed for me, so I was very pleased in that regard. Everything else just looked very worn compared to other properties we have stayed at in this chain. ”
