  • Tämä ehdoton rantahotelli sijaitsee 2. kerroksessa, aivan vastapäätä Cowesin Esplanaden rantaa.
    Kävele nopeasti kaikkiin kahviloihin, ravintoloihin ja kauppoihin. Kiinteistössä ei ole hissiä ja pääsy on vain portaiden kautta. Siinä on yksi autotila.

    Tee ateria nauttiaksesi näkymistä, joita Cowesin päärannalla on tarjota. Tämä on täydellinen paikka perhelomailuun tai viikonloppumatkalle aikuisille. Nauti kaikista paikallisista nähtävyyksistä, joita Phillip Islandilla on tarjottavanaan ja jotka kaikki ovat lähellä.

    Pyrimme vastaamaan kaikkiin kyselyihin mahdollisimman pian, mutta toisinaan tutkimusten määrän vuoksi vastauksemme voi viedä pidempään. Nopeampaa vastausta varten soita meille.

    Kiinteistö on täysin omavarainen (doonas, joissa on peitteet ja tyynyt), sinun on kuitenkin tuotava omat ylä- / alalakanat, tyynyliinat, pyyhkeet ja kylpymatot, tai voit vuokrata ne lisämaksusta.

    Vieraille on varauksen yhteydessä ilmoitettava kaikkien vieraiden ikä. VAHVASTI ei koululaisia, Bucks-juhlia, Hens-juhlia. Kaikkien vieraiden on oltava vähintään 25-vuotiaita, ellei heitä seuraa aikuinen, huoltaja tai vanhempi. Jos mukana oleva huoltaja ei ole läsnä, voimme häätää ilman palautusta. Isäntä pidättää oikeuden milloin tahansa peruuttaa varauksen, joka ei täytä näitä vaatimuksia, tai jatkaa sitä.

    Joukkovelkakirjat - Jotkut kiinteistöt vaativat joukkovelkakirjalainan, ja lemmikkieläinystävälliset ominaisuudet vaativat tavanomaisen 200 dollarin koirasidoksen.

    Peruutus  - Jos peruutus johtuu asiakkaasta, maksettua rahaa ei palauteta, ellei taloa anneta uudelleen koko ajan.  Varhaisessa vaiheessa tapahtuvaa lähtöä / peruuttamista tai majoituksesta kieltäytymistä ei palauteta 30 päivää ennen varattuun ajankohtaan

    Kaikki avaimet voidaan noutaa ja palauttaa toimistoomme Cowesissa.

What a location!

Had a lovely weekend away with the girls. The apartment was clean with all the amenities we needed and the VIEW!! So close to the main street and the beach. We will be back for sure.

The apartment had great water views and balcony. For a place that sleeps 8 there were only 2 teaspoons. The door handle on the main bedroom is falling off but otherwise we had a great stay. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Will come back again

Pretty average for the money

Location of property was great. Cleanliness and facilities average. Had to take our own linen and towels even when paying top dollar. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Really close to the beach but was a little dirty. There is a window between two bedrooms that need a curtain otherwise when one room has a light on the other is really bright. The bathroom fans are all connected so if someone turns on a fan in the toilet, the whole place can hear a loud fan. That was really annoying late at night. Linen is NOT provided and First National was not happy about providing linen and as such gave me one less set meaning the first night I had to sleep under a donna cover that was essentially dirty. That was really disappointing. I dont think they managed the property very well. There is no hair dryer either and the cushions in the lounge room were outdoor cushions and really uncomfortable. It was a great place to stay though. The walls are thin so you can hear almost every conversation from upstairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was amazing. The booking was a little annoying though. I booked through Wotif and there was no mention that linen was not included. Then the real estate wanted to charge me for linen. The acknowledged the mistake and then gave me linen but not enough. I specifically told the manager I needed specific sheets and he gave me less meaning that night we had to sleep without them. That was very disapointing. He specifically ignored my answer as to how many we needed. Actually quite rude to be honest. I wa then emailed and asked to contact Wotif about the issue with linen - sorry, not my issue. Yours. There was also no hair dryer in either bathrooms and the window between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom was annoying because it let light in at night if the light were on in one. Other main issues were there fans that were really loud across the whole apartment if someone went into ANY bathroom. Really annoying if your trying to sleep and someone down the end of the corridor goes to the toilet. The bath was also very dirty and a lot of dust under the beds which shows that the cleaning needs to be improved.

Great location!

Pros: The location: was so good to walk to dinner and the shops. Teens could come and go and we could watch them on the beach from the balcony. The view: It was lovely sitting on the balcony looking out on the water and pier, very relaxing. This was my favourite thing about the apartment Apartment: Was clean enough, suited 2 families quite well. Cons: Noisy inside Apartment, could do with either carpet or some rugs to help with acoustics. Some of the chairs outside you couldn't sit on as they were worn. Not a major issue as there were bench seats A curtain on the connecting windows between the bunk room and queen room would be great as it's quite bright when people in Queen room are trying to sleep. Overall these were just some additional features that would be great but will not stop us from staying there again. The view and location make this a great place to stay.

Amazing location and view

We spent a week here and it was amazing. Couple of issues but these were sorted out promptly by Real Estate agent. The close location to the main beach was so convenient as well as the shops and restaurants.

Apart from a few minor things we really enjoyed our stay

The TV kept breaking up in the evening. Could not get internet very much Shower head in en-suite needs fixing
